I love this very arti black and white photo by Chanan Getraide, it is sooooo Israeli and so poetic… Its summer now and its hot outside, if you are on vacation in Israel you are probably at the beach, or next to a swimming pool or hopefully in some air-conditioned site. Isragirl tip: If its too hot outside and you’ve had enough of the beach, galleries and museums are always air-coned and so are cinemas, theaters, restaurants and the like. If the heat doesn’t scare you hit the road and discover beautiful Israel. As you leave Tel Aviv, Haifa or Jerusalem, Israel’s country side will take you by surprise. Even now, when its dry and yellow, it is magical. The sunflower fields will squeeze a happy head-shake out of you even if you are cynical on most days… This is Israel in all its glory, shaded colors and and genuine character.
